Our approach to projects, clients, employees, and the environment is the same - respect. "The Golden Rule" is as important today as ever. We find treating others with respect mitigates most engagement problems and sets the things we do up for success. At Purple Elephant Consulting, we build everything on best practices. Typically, we aren't the first people to do something so why not leverage what they learned or perfected to kick things off. We also understand that best practice isn't always enough to get the job done; and while we usually don't think there are any unique flowers out there in the business world, the specifics around a company, a team, or an industry can really impact how we solve problems. So we always take a 'fit for purpose' approach to ensure what we deliver is impactful, not just filling a gap.

There is nothing we would recommend to our clients that we ourselves don't or wouldn't do. Looking at problems from many different perspectives allows us to provide recommendations we can stand behind. At PEC, it is important that our solutions actually move your business forward, not just talk about it.
We like to keep humor and humility at the forefront of everything we do. PEC is not the expert in ALL things and we have no problem saying that we don't know. But approaching obstacles as opportunities and not challenges helps us keep a positive, optimistic outlook as projects ebb and flow.
In this new Covid world we are living in, we understand and support many companies' decision to work remotely, especially contractors or consultants. But we also understand company's desire to 'get back to normal'. We currently offer remote and onsite support depending on what you need.
